About the Location
Located in beautiful rural Andalucia, we are just 1 hour from Granada Airport and just under 2 hours from Malaga Airport and the Costa del Sol's beaches. We are also one hour from the Sierra Nevada mountain range with skiing and snowboarding opportunities during Winter and early Spring. in just one day you could ski in the Sierra Nevada mountains, swim in the Mediterranean sea and tour a Unesco World Heritage site in Granada or Cordoba!
Straight from Cortijo las Salinas there are stunning walks over the hills and mountains and we are a short drive to the nearest towns of Alcala la Real to the south, Alcaudete to the north, and to the west Priego de Córdoba, all of which offer all the facilities you might need in a working town. The Cortijo is in a private location, but connected to the local village of Sabariego and close by to La Rabita, another thriving village with a supermarket, ATM and a cafe where the churros are legendary!
